Florida Priory of Research
The Florida Priory of Research was established for the purpose of promoting, encouraging, conducting and fostering research and study related to Templar topics for the purpose of spreading further Masonic light and knowledge.
Functions
The authority of the Priory includes, but is not limited to the following: publishing a volume containing articles and papers dealing with a focus on Masonic Templar topics; issuing a newsletter or bulletins on a periodic basis; and establishing Templar educational symposia for the purpose of educating members in the meaning, teachings, and symbolism of the several Orders exemplified and associated with this Grand Jurisdiction.
Leadership
The Priory is lead by a Prior, Deputy Prioy, and Secretary/Treasurer.

Meetings
The regular Conclave of this Priory shall be held at such times and places as the duly authorized officer or officers may determine. The Annual Conclave shall be held at a time and place near March 18th in commemoration of the Martyrdom of Jacques DeMolay, the last Grand Master of the [ancient] Knights Templar.
Membership
Regular Membership in the Florida Priory of Research shall be open to any member in good standing within the Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of Florida.
